Bikeshare!

BikeShare is a partnership between The Sierra Club of Canada – Atlantic Chapter and Memorial University’s Project Green. BikeShare has been active since 2007 and is presently funded by a generous grant from the Moving On Sustainable Transportation (M.O.S.T.) program through Transport Canada. Our goals are to encourage cycling as a healthy, accessible and sustainable mode of transportation within the city of St. John’s and to empower cyclists, both veterans and beginners, with mechanical and safety education through our workshops and Repair Shop. Each semester, we lend out bikes to the Memorial University community. If you would like more info or to get involved, please see our website at http://munbikeshare.wordpress.com/ or send us an email at munbikeshare@gmail.com.
